What sets us apart

Sentiments Designs is a minority, women-owned company. Sustainable and ethical manufacturing is integral to our core values. We endeavor to get exclusive distribution rights to several local European designers

With quality in mind, our buyers look for natural fabrics, such as cotton, wool, and silk. We look for not only chick designs but also durable and comfortable materials. Our merchandise must pass Sentiments Design’s strict quality control standards. We pride ourselves on offering well-constructed garments, with strong stitching, quality zippers, and reinforced seams.

Why us?

Everything started with an idea… Two sisters with a passion for fashion and social responsibility wanted to change their careers and find a way to give back to the community. They wanted to make affordable local European clothing available in the United States. That’s how Sentiments Designs was born in Fort Lauderdale Florida in 2023.

At Sentiments Designs, we believe in social responsibility and giving back. We pledge to donate to a children’s charity for every completed order.

Our Return Policy

Eligibility for returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase except for damaged items.

  • A refund will be issued after the merchandise is received and the customer will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Return must include all items in the orders unless an item arrives damaged.

  • Damaged merchandise on arrival must be returned within 20 days of receiving the order and the items must be sent with the return label included in the package. SentimentsDesigns must be contacted soon after the package is opened and the seller notices the damaged items. Please take photos to evidence the reason for the return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sales items

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear unless in the original package (unpacked).

  • Individual apparel designers or wholesale return policy may supersede this policy but in such case, the customer will be informed of the return policy in writing before finalizing the order.

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable for non-damaged merchandise. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Sale Items are not refundable. Only regular price merchandise can be returned.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the damaged articles for the same items, please email us at hello@sendtimentsdesigns.com. Once your request is approved you will receive an approval code. Use the address on the return label to send the items back. Please allow 48 hours to receive a response from us. Order Requirements

Minimum items per order:

  • At a minimum one size of each available size (i.e., S, M, L, XL) must be purchased per order

  • Each order must include a minimum of at least 12 items.

  • Merchandise samples may be available depending on the designer.

  • A merchant must be approved to place orders with SentimentsDesigns (contact us to learn about requirements based on your jurisdiction)

  • The merchant must provide are a tax ID, business registration documentation (i.e., articles of incorporation, resell certificates), valid identification, email address, and current physical address. Requirements may vary based on the location of the busines
