Why is my product out of stock?
The biggest pro of printing on-demand is being able to offer dozens of unique models and color options for your products. To be able to offer so many variants, we don't maintain stock of all product variants, but restock the less popular items on demand (this usually takes just a few days and is calculated in our fulfillment time).
However, sometimes you might encounter a situation when your product is out of stock at our suppliers for a longer period of time. Usually, it's because:
the manufacturer has low quantities of the product,
they're located further from us,
the item has suddenly been discontinued.
Are your products shipped sustainably?
We partner with Printful and Printify to source our products and fulfill our orders. Around 81% of SentimentsDesigns orders are delivered within the same region they’re fulfilled in. Having fulfillment centers close to our customers is good for both the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
Products available in the same region are shipped together whenever possible. This helps our customers save money and is much better for the environment.
Can the products be purchased from any country? is Shipping available for available in all countries?
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Please note, that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

How is print-on-demand (POD) more sustainable than conventional manufacturing?
Stock:
Traditional retailers produce items before putting them up for sale, so they’re always manufactured in bulk to save money. In contrast, Printful only makes products when an order is placed, limiting our stock to items that already have a buyer.
This lets us avoid the overproduction that is widespread in the rest of the industry. Unsold stock is usually thrown out or burned, with fashion retailers alone wasting 92 million tons of textiles each year. In POD, waste mainly comes from items damaged during printing, and Printful’s rate of damages is consistent with the industry standard.
Fulfillment:
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is more sustainable than other more outdated apparel printing methods, such as screen printing. Not only does screen printing use a lot of water and plastisol inks that don’t biodegrade, but it’s also generally used for bulk orders, which leads to overproduction. In comparison, DTG printing is more eco-friendly because items get printed only when they’re ordered, and this method can be used for single-item printing.
Where are returns sent?
The returns are managed by Printful and Printify, and the return address is based on where your package was fulfilled:
For Printful:
Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.
Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.
For Printify:
If an order can’t be delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to the return address indicated on the shipping label. By default, this will be an unbranded Printify return facility address or an unbranded Print Provider’s return facility address.
In the event there’s a design quality issue affecting one or multiple products, a photo (or video) of all affected items will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Sentiments Designs will not offer replacements or refunds for orders if the customer changes his/her mind on color or size. Please review the product description carefully and reach out to us with questions.
